Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather and peak seasons.

Shipping rates Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes If any import duties or taxes apply to your order, they will be shown at checkout or are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to correct it.

Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us at gentlymom@gmail.com and we will look into it and resend or refund your order.
